Welcome to the Nashville Academy of Medicine

Since it's founding in 1821, the NAM (the Davidson County Medical Society)

has been the voice of physicians in the Nashville community.

Maintaining the integrity of the medical profession and ensuring that

physicians can continue to provide patients with excellent care

has been our strength for generations.

Today we are 2,100 members strong. NAM's physician leaders are focused on

honoring our rich history while actively participating in the

development of healthcare's future design.

Get involved!! Join us February 24th from 9-3 on Legislative Plaza.

Meet with your legislators and show them you care. They are making decisions

that affect your practice, your patients, and your profession. If you don't get involved,

they will make decisions without your input!

NAM to Publish a Public Directory

NAM is partnering with SouthComm Publishing to produce a

2010 Pictoral Directory of NAM members.

With plans to distribute over 30,000 throughout the

Nashville community, the directory will serve as a

referal source for patients, hospitals and other physicians.

Don't be left out. Only current NAM members will be included.
